Scanning
We do scanning right. When a job arrives at our office, we look through the documents and carefully review your instructions to make sure we understand them and they make sense. We are not shy about asking questions or suggesting changes. Our goal is for you to be able to work with your images efficiently.

- Scanning in color and black and white
- Oversize scanning
- Optical character recognition (OCR)
- Endorsing of images with Bates numbers and confidentiality designations.
- Export to single or multi-page TIFF, jpg, or PDF format
Our time-tested procedures include
- Tracking of your boxes from the moment they are received through scanning, QC, export, and return delivery.
- 100% QC of images by a senior scanner at a separate workstation who reviews the images against the original paper. We do not rely on statistical sampling.
- Image integrity and document or Bates numbering checks of every collection.
